Denova ‘Treats the Whole Body’

Denova Collaborative Health, an outpatient health provider servicing the body and the mind, relocated its Avondale clinic to Western Avenue on Jan. 22.

The 2,500-square-foot facility at 506 E. Western Avenue, Suite 104, will offer primary care, psychiatry, and behavioral health services, both in-person and via telemedicine. According to Denova Collaborative Health CEO Graham Johnson, this new centralized location will enable the provider to better support the city. Additionally, the organization has signed a 10-year lease agreement with options to renew for five more years.

Johnson said that around 80% of patient visits at Denova Collaborative Health are conducted virtually, which allows the clinic to downsize. The previous location was 1 mile west of the current clinic, at the Avondale Elementary School campus.
