have spent most of my career with the Boys and Girls Clubs as a Teen Program Coordinator working with adolescents (age 11-18) and families, as well as directing a Saturday Camp focusing on inclusion for children (age 9-12) with physical, cognitive and learning disabilities. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship/peer issues, suicidal thoughts, self-harming tendencies, challenging life transitions, and self-esteem.
Raised in Vermont, I spent most of my adult life living in New England. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I completed my internship with the Lighthouse team and am honored to continue this journey of creating a safe and supportive space for these youth while helping them grow beyond their pain to find their life purpose.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and kitten Poppy. I love to travel and explore the outdoors, meditate, eat great food and fill my life with laughter.
