Alyssa Frighetti, MSW, LMSW

Alyssa is an associate therapist, licensed in the state of Arizona. Alyssa has been practicing clinically since achieving her masters in social work in 2021. Alyssa specializes in working with families, kids, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjusting to environmental change. She provides strength-based, trauma informed care utilizing modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approaches. Alyssa is passionate about using creativity to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys home decorating, adventuring, and learning to cook!
