Kari is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT).

In her free time, Kari enjoys staying active, connecting with nature, and traveling. She enjoys her work as a therapist because she is able to learn about so many different and unique experiences from her clients and she hopes to be able to make at least a small difference in the life of each person she meets.
