Karen Soza, LMFT

As an LMFT, I am passionate about working with a wide range of backgrounds and needs. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults, couples and families. I am Bilingual (Spanish/English) and specialize in Trauma focused therapy and believe that understanding our family dynamics and transgenerational experiences will result in the ability to heal and grow.

I come from a Latino background, and I am blessed with a beautiful family. I believe that self-care is the key to staying happy and having room to grow. I thrive to always learn and practice new skills including knitting, baking, cooking, and painting.
