Karen Castro, LAC

Karen Castro graduated from Ottawa University in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Counseling. Karen is EMDR trained and is passionate about diversity and eradicating trauma. Learning from her patients as much as they learn from her are Karen’s favorite things about being a therapist.

When not doing therapy, Karen can be found mountain biking, gardening, camping, or reading a book.
