Corey Mayberger, MD

Dr. Corey Mayberger received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and M.D. degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in Omaha. He then completed his residency in Psychiatry at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix (now Banner University).

Dr. Mayberger worked at a psychiatric urgent care facilities out of residency in Phoenix for 6 years, then moved back to his hometown in Nebraska for 5 years where he worked at the very  same hospital where he was born doing inpatient and outpatient work. He moved back to Phoenix in 2012 and worked at SMI clinics for 6 years before coming to denova. He is currently seeing patients ages 16 and up.

Outside of professional life Dr. Mayberger enjoys spending time with his children, family, and friends. He enjoys several hobbies including cars, photography, hiking, rowing, and books. He loved growing up in Nebraska, but has seen enough snow for one lifetime and now calls Arizona home.
