Whisper is a Licensed Associate Counselor that has been practicing since 2022. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology specialized in Counseling, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and fortified by an Associate’s degree in Psychology. Her adeptness extends to a diverse spectrum of mental health challenges including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Employing a tailored approach, Whisper seamlessly integrates a fusion of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, alongside the power of talk therapy to guide individuals towards holistic wellness and empowerment.
