Veronica Grimes, MC, LAC

Veronica Grimes is a licensed associate therapist who has been practicing since 2022 and worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She has experience with anxiety and depression and uses methods such as CBT & DBT theory to help guide individuals into change and self awareness and identify patterns and behaviors. Veronica earned her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling through Grand Canyon University here in Arizona. She has over 3 years in therapy experience and have worked in residential treatment, school counseling and nonprofit organization.
