Teena White is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counselor and has served many roles within the behavioral health field. She believes in the important of processing, developing, and practicing effective and healthy tools to navigate life in the way that you deserve. She has provided mental health support to ages ranging from 4 to 65 years of age. Teena provides individual counseling, specializing in Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, personality and mood disorders. Teena’s approach to theray is holistic, utilizing modalities rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered. Teena plans to pursue an in-depth training on Internal Family Systems (IFS) as she believes there are no “bad parts” to the self. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, trying new experiences outdoors, painting, dancing, singing, and now teaching herself rollerskating.
