Stacy Rakowitz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2017. Stacy attended NAU for her undergraduate degree in Sociology and graduated from GCU with her Master’s in Professional Counseling. Stacy has worked in the behavioral health field since 2007, first as a case manager, then crisis counselor, and now therapist. Stacy provides therapy for teens and adults and specializes in working with those who have experienced domestic violence, sexual trauma. PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, and survivors of sex trafficking. Stacy utilizes CBT, trauma based, and person-centered modalities with her clients to help them address their trauma and learn healthy coping techniques.
Stacy is a single parent to a son, she has an Australian Shepard and sells jewelry on the side. She enjoys reading psychological thrillers and watching true crime documentaries. She loves to travel and learn about other cultures.
