Maddie Pruden, LAMFT
Maddie Pruden is a Licensed Associated Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona who has been practicing since 2025. She earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Maddie provides compassionate, client-centered support for individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, challenges with emotion regulation, and performance-related anxiety in athletes. She has a particular passion for working with families.
Maddie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and draws from strength-based, solution-focused, and family systems approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Her therapeutic style is warm, approachable, and calming. She believes that a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client serves as the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting healing.
Outside of her professional work, Maddie enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active through exercise, and connecting with her friends and family.
