Kennadie Kuhns-Uhl, LMSW is a licensed therapist who has been practicing since 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. She provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Kennadie utilizes a trauma-informed approach and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, mindfulness, and strength-based, person-centered care.
Outside of work, Kennadie enjoys traveling to the beach, exercising, and spending time with her dogs, cat, and loved ones.
