Karen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Ottawa University. Karen provides individual therapy to patients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and others. Karen is EMDR II-trained and bilingual in Spanish and English. Outside of work, Karen enjoys mountain biking, gardening, camping, and reading.
