Charles Bradley, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Charles “Chuck” Bradley is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) who has been practicing as a provider in Arizona since 2022. Chuck earned his speciality from Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Nursing – Psychiatric Mental Health. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University. Chuck has been in mental health nursing for approximately 10 years and believes strongly in evidence-based, culturally-sensitive mental health care. Chuck works to build strong therapeutic relationships with his clients and serves a diverse community across the lifespan, ages 4 and up. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys volunteering for a local food bank, working on his fixer-upper home, hiking, and exercising.
