Barbara Schulte, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Barbara A. Schulte, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has been practicing since psychiatry since 2016. SHe is a doctorally-prepared, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Schulte has been working in psychiatry/ behavioral health for over 12 years. Dr. Schulte completed her undergraduate education through Grand Canyon University and her doctoral degree through Arizona State University. Dr. Schulte’s past experience includes being a clinical coordinator for an outpatient psychiatric office, consult liasion psychiatry, and treating children/adolescents in an inpatient and residential setting. Dr. Schulte is an Arizona native and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Dr. Schulte enjoys seeing patients ranging from children to older adults. Dr. Schulte’s focus is providing patient-centered and integrated care as well as helping motivate patients and families toward continued and ongoing treatment.
