Denova Collaborative Health opens integrated care clinic in Peoria

Denova Collaborative Health, an outpatient behavioral health provider, celebrated the grand opening of its newest integrated healthcare clinic in Peoria, expanding access to primary care, psychiatry and therapy services in the west Valley.

The clinic held a ribbon-cutting event June 16.

Peoria Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Rhonda Carlson emceed the event, with Peoria Mayor Pro Tem Matt Bullock and Miss Peoria Charis Sothras also in attendance.

The new 4,094-square-foot clinic, located at 13128 N. 94th Dr., Suite 202, includes six primary care exam rooms and four psychiatry and therapy rooms. Patients can access in-person and virtual appointments now.

The clinic’s integrated care model brings together primary care and behavioral health providers to support patients’ physical and mental health needs in one location. Services include preventive care, wellness visits, psychiatry, therapy and medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, among many others.

“This new clinic reflects our continued commitment to improving access to high-quality, integrated healthcare across Arizona,” said Graham Johnson, CEO of Denova Collaborative Health. “As the west Valley continues to grow, so does the need for accessible primary care and behavioral health services. By expanding our footprint in Peoria, we’re making it easier for residents to receive coordinated care close to home.”
