Denova Collaborative Health hosted an opening event for its first Flagstaff clinic, which offers primary care, behavioral health and psychiatry services both in-person and virtually.
Denova is a Phoenix-based health care provider offering in-person and telehealth services across Arizona.
It began offering virtual appointments, including to Flagstaff residents, around six years ago and announced it would be adding a clinic in the city in 2023.
The Flagstaff clinic at 555 W. Forest Meadows (Suite 18) began serving patients in January and hosted an event on March 31 to celebrate its opening.
It is located in a 1,818-square-foot space on the ground floor of Fremont Station and consists of two medical exam rooms, an office each for psychiatry and therapy, a lab and a space telehealth patients can use for their appointments.
