According to the Coalition on Human Needs, roughly one in four children in Maricopa County is living at or below the poverty line, which creates barriers that prevent them from accessing the health care services they need. To help expand access to underserved children and families in Maricopa County, denova Collaborative Healthcare is opening a new clinic that is the first of its kind in the Valley. The Avondale Elementary School District (AESD) Clinic will provide integrated healthcare services including family medicine, behavioral health and life skill services to underserved children and families throughout the Southwest Valley.
