Daniel Williams, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor who has been practicing since 2025. He holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, where he completed clinical training focused on working with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, trauma, and life-transition concerns. Daniel provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults and works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem difficulties, and other life stressors. He incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Daniel also has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and enjoys helping clients better understand how past experiences can influence their present emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys traveling, playing video games, spending time with his family and dog, and keeping up with sports and technology.
