Brittlee Mills MS, LAC is a therapist who has been practicing since 2024. She has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Brittlee provides therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions, with a special focus on supporting women through life transitions, perinatal mental health, trauma, and emotional wellness. She also provides specialty services using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based approaches.
Outside of work, Brittlee enjoys reading, caring for her plants, and exploring new foods.
