denova Collaborative Healthcare is as invested in the health of our community as you are in your employees. This includes behavioral health, which is fast becoming the number one concern for employers.

When your employee calls, or goes online, one of our wellness coaches will be available to listen to their concerns about how stress is affecting their wellbeing. This is including but not limited to mental and emotional healthcare, relationship challenges, nutrition and healthy eating, smoking cessation, physical activity, sleep, alcohol and drug use. After listening to their concerns, a wellness coach will work with your employee to develop personalized goals and a plan for wellness success. These actionable plans and availability of our wellness coaches will provide your employees consistent support and help them to meet their wellness goals.
