In providing patient care, I’m passionate about providing a safe place for exploration and fostering growth by working together with you and your existing strengths. Care is tailored to each patient’s needs.

I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and an attachment-based approach to heal trauma stemming from one-time events to relational trauma. I also have experience with treating anxiety and depression and believe that an important part of health and happiness is having compassion for oneself.
