Christine Kuo is an LAMFT and Arizona native who graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2015. She has spent the years since providing community mental health care all throughout the Valley. Following her own later-in-life diagnosis of ADHD, she has focused particularly on tackling the stigma of imperfection. Her focus on “changing the narrative” – reframing one’s own life circumstances in a mentally healthy and constructive way – comes from her lifelong love of writing and stories, a passion she shares with her similarly ADHD husband. Her goal is to utilize the transformative power of therapy in breaking through the barriers created by shame and guilt in order to form a lifetime of healthy self-identity and healthy relationships.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys writing, cooking way too much food all at once, and video games. Her favorite fruit is mangos, and her favorite Pokemon is Fletchling.
