Martha De La Torre, MC, LAC

Martha is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona who has been providing therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups since 2010. She has a master’s degree in professional counseling with focus on Trauma, Abuse and Deprivation. She obtained her bachelor’s in psychology from ASU and has taught college-level psychology courses for the Maricopa Colleges in Arizona since 2015. Martha provides treatment for various mental health disorders including PTSD. To help patients implement lasting change, Martha utilizes a myriad of therapy techniques including a specialized form of treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), used primarily for the treatment trauma and other stress related disorders. Martha offers therapy in both English and Spanish and offers some evening hours.
