Jocelyn Roybal, LAC is a Licensed Associate Counselor who has been a practicing therapist since 2024 and has been working in the mental health field since 2019. She has a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University. She is passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and judgment free space that allows the client to be who they are while creating meaningful change. She has experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relational changes, and life transitions. Jocelyn takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach that focuses on helping clients explore their internal parts, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical coping skills for emotional regulation. She provides an integrative approach that is tailored to each individual utilizing different modalities including; CBT, DBT, IFS, MI, and person-centered therapy. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys engaging in self-care, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and 2 dogs.
