Anthony Barrera, MSW, MPH is a therapist with extensive experience, having practiced since 2025. He holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona. Over the past 11 years, Anthony has worked in various roles within social work and public health, including mental health case management, medical social work, and quality improvement. His experience spans child welfare, adult services, domestic violence, crisis intervention, grief and bereavement support, and public health community outreach. Anthony offers individual therapy for clients of all ages, utilizing a range of modalities and interventions. He also provides specialized services in areas such as LGBTQ+ support, grief counseling, and transitioning to adulthood.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys traveling to Italy to visit family, playing kickball in a local Phoenix league, and attending music festivals.
