Denova Collaborative Health Opens First Flagstaff Clinic To Expand Access To Integrated Behavioral Health And Primary Care

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. [March 27, 2026] – Denova Collaborative Health, Arizona’s largest outpatient behavioral health provider, is expanding access to behavioral health and primary care services in Northern Arizona with the opening of a new clinic in Flagstaff. The clinic, located at 555 W. Forest Meadows St., Suite 18, is already open to patients and will soon celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce.

The new 1,818-square-foot clinic offers both in-person and virtual care, providing psychiatric services, therapy and primary care in a coordinated setting designed to improve access to timely healthcare for residents of Flagstaff and surrounding communities.

The Flagstaff location includes two medical exam rooms, one psychiatry office, one therapy office and a dedicated virtual care room, allowing patients to connect with Denova providers remotely using onsite technology if they are unable to access telehealth services from home.

“Expanding care in Northern Arizona is an important step in addressing the growing demand for behavioral health services across the state,” said Graham B. Johnson, Chief Executive Officer at Denova Collaborative Health. “By offering integrated behavioral health and primary care services in Flagstaff, we are helping ensure individuals and families have access to the support they need closer to home.”

The opening reflects the continued demand for mental health services nationwide. Nearly one in five U.S. adults experiences mental illness each year, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

The Flagstaff clinic is part of Denova’s continued expansion across Arizona, bringing integrated care to communities beyond the Phoenix metro area while maintaining the organization’s hybrid model of in-person and virtual services.
