Crystal Kapuscinski, LPC, BC-TMH

Crystal was born and raised in Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Family and Human Development. Crystal quickly found a passion in working with and helping others and went on to receive her master’s degree in counseling from Grand Canyon University. Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health.

She has experience in working with adolescent teens, and adults and is passionate about helping clients who struggle with; anxiety, depression, adjustment, stress, emotion regulation, life transitions, and substance abuse. Crystal utilizes CBT, DBT, and MI techniques to assist clients in finding solutions to overcome any challenges they may be facing.

In her free time Crystal loves to kayak, hike, off-road, and spend time with her friends, family, and pups.
