Anna Burnett, LAC BC-TMH

Anna was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Arizona State University and completed her Master’s in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Anna completed her clinical internship at La Frontera-EMPACT in the Trauma Healing Center department where she worked with children and adults who experienced various types of trauma. Anna is currently a Licensed Associate Counselor and is working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Anna has 7+ years of experience in the behavioral and mental health field, starting first as a behavioral health technician before becoming a licensed counselor. As a therapist, she has conducted both individual and group therapies and has been trained in trauma-related interventions, CBT/DBT, and multicultural counseling needs.

In her spare time, Anna likes to relax by watching sports, listening to all genres of music, and playing with her cat. She also has a passion for travel, and enjoys going on road trips with her family.
