VP of Technology & InnovationBriana Brown came to Denova from Community Health Systems located in Franklin, TN. Briana is a transformational change management leader with deep experience across the healthcare and product development space, leveraging technology solutions to modernize operations, create digital transformation, and improve the end user/customer experience. She is passionate about solutions that are designed on the fusion of people, process, and technology. Her career is marked by designing solutions and standard processes that have delivered over $90M in savings and developing centers of excellence through collaboration and empowerment.
Briana has 15+ years’ experience in healthcare operations and technology, both on the provider side as well as a technology vendor side. Briana holds a B.S. in Management & Organizational Development, an Executive MBA, and a certification from Prosci in Organizational Change Management.
In Briana’s personal time she enjoys travelling, adventures and spending time with friends and family. Being a native Tennessean, exploring all that Arizona has to offer has been an amazing experience. She is quickly becoming an avid scorpion hunter.
