Lauren Stover, LPC, BC-TMH

Lauren moved to Arizona over 10 years ago by way of New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from Ashland University (Ashland, OH) and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling through the University of Phoenix. Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Level 1 EMDR training. She has experience working with children, families, and individuals. Lauren enjoys helping parents who are struggling to adjust to the demands and stressors of life with young children.

In an effort to maintain balance in her life, Lauren enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and many other outdoor activities with her family. On the weekend she and her husband are busy tending to their three children.
