Joshua Millstein, MD, FACP, ABLM Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician

Dr. Joshua Millstein is a board certified internal medicine physician with recent training in lifestyle medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1994. After a few years of working as a technician in dialysis back in his home state of New York, he moved out to Arizona to attend Midwestern University where he received his degree in osteopathic medicine in 2004. He then went on to train at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, where he eventually joined as a faculty physician for several years overseeing residents and interns while caring for patients.

Dr. Millstein has practiced in the valley for more than 12 years. He believes strongly in developing a trusting relationship with his patients. He treats and manages many complex medical conditions, with a strong interest in diabetes management among other chronic medical problems. He is also trained in Lifestyle medicine. He works with the patient on trying to improve diet and lifestyle first when possible with the addition of medications when only when necessary.

Dr. Millstein is based out of the Avondale office and is accepting new patients currently.
