JExpress is unable to rename directories on your web server. If
this is a recurring challenge, then you should turn on all the diagnostic logs and see if you spot
the challenge. If it not related to your server or connection, please
send email to DeNova's support email account. |
| Work around |
It's possible the connection to your server is having challenges and
you can simply retry the upload later.
You might also try removing the check mark from the "Upload"
panel so JExpress does not try to erase the distribution
directory.
