Tutorial 10 / Part 2

Move to the JVM panel by click in the matching radio button in the left column.

  1. Click the sub-tab that matches the OS JExpress is running on right now.
    If you want to create the bundle for an OS that you aren't currently operating, then follow these instructions.
  2. Click the Build JVM Bundle button.
    If you're running on Mac, then you won't see this button because Apple doesn't allow distribution of their JVM.
  3. Select the java home directory for the version of the JVM you want to distribute.
  4. Enter the version number that matches that version of java.
    Be sure this is the same as when you type the "java -version" in the Java home directory.
