Issue

After I try to start a native installer, I see the message, "Unable to start wizard. See errors.log for more details.".

The log suggests that I verify that I have plenty of disk space and write access to the temporary directories, but I have plenty of space and full writable access to the system.

Suggestions
The most common challenge seems to be that a bad copy of the JRE is installed on your system. Remove the improperly installed JRE or at least rename any reference to the JRE's startup commands and try the installer again.

JExpress version 6.8 and later also handle this situation more smoothly so we strongly encourage you to create your installers with an up-to-date version of the installer.
