JExpress reports the warning, "Unable to upload. Rescheduling.", while trying to distribute your installer to your ftp server.

Suggestions
Create a plain text file named ftpuploader.log and put it into your JExpress subdirectory. Let JExpress attempt to ' redistribute your installer and then review the log.

The most common cause of this error is because your computer won't allow active ftp connections with remote hosts. If this is the case with your system, then you'll have to reconfigure your system or use an alternate package for the upload.
