Issue

I run install.bat or load.bat on Windows and get "Bad command or file name" error.

Suggestions
JExpress 1.0.x required you to have the JRE installed on your system. Although the JRE shipped with Sun's JDK and Activator, the installation programs didn't configure the Windows register properly to run the JRE.

You should get the latest version of JExpress which eliminates this challenge. Or you can change the batch file to explicitly include the directory where the jre.exe or jrew.exe reside on your system.
