You can now specify whether to include a selected directory's contents or to include the directory as a subdirectory.

Smart naming and renaming of ftp directories so files on web host are only out of sync for a few seconds. This is now automatic when you click "Erase all of directory before using" on the Distribution panel.
Main class can be stored in JAR or Zip file and JExpress can still find classes.
The window title in JExpress Developer now comes from the project file, not the product name. This makes it easy to distinguish different projects for the same product, such as projects for trial and full versions.
