JExpress uses the ISO's two letter international language codes defined by ISO-639 to let you specify different license and readme files. These codes are frequently different than the country codes.
You can find a full list of these codes at a number of sites, including http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/related/iso639.txt. Here's a list of a few of the language codes:
