Unable to Save Options

Message	Unable to save options to file jex.control.
Comments	JExpress saves the installation options before you build, before you exit JExpress, and whenever you select Save from the File menu. Be sure that no other program, such as an editor or Windows Explorer, is using jex.control. Also, make sure that you don't have JExpress open at the same time.
Work around	Try closing down all other programs on your system and then exiting and restarting JExpress.
