Browse button doesn't work in Windows Vista

Issue	When you click the Browse button in JExpress or the Installer, nothing happens.
Comments	According to Sun, this is a known issue with some versions of Windows Vista. The bug has been closed because Windows did correct the error. Also, it's possible that this error can be corrected by upgrading the JVM to 1.5.0_11. Otherwise, don't use the Windows L&F in the installer because that's when the bug shows up.
