Installer Doesn't Exit on Windows

Issue	After the installer finishes the installation on Windows, the cloader program continues to run and takes all of the CPU.
Comments	Expand the jrewin.exe file that you are bundling with the installer. It's located in the platforms/Windows subdirectory. Make sure that none of the files, nor directories, are set to "read-only". Rebundle the JRE into jrewin.exe. More info: This only occurs with JRE 1.4.2 or later and only if you are installing the JVM in a subdirectory of your application's directory.
