All Fields Disabled

Issue	After the installer's wizard shows up, it appears the fields in the dialog boxes are disabled. The buttons appear normal (i.e., black), but the labels for the fields appear blue or gray.
Comments	Some versions of the JRE rendered Swing components to be blue or gray. It doesn't seem to matter which look and feel you're using. The only verified versions with this poor design is Sun's JRE 1.3.x on Linux. The solution is to distribute JRE 1.4.x or later.
