App Doesn't Start After Auto-Update

Issue	My application doesn't start after the autoupdate finishes. All diagnostic logs show the app was successfully launched, but neither it nor the JVM appear to be running and no errors appear.
Comments	We've had a report that some versions of the JRE seem unable to be launched from inside the Autoupdater. The version that has reported difficulty is Linux JRE 1.3.1_02, although 1.3.1._04 works fine.
