PC freezes at end of installation

Issue	The PC freezes at the end of installation, even though it appears that the installation was completed successfully.
Comments	Sun's JRE 1.4.1 has a known bug with certain versions of the ATI video driver which freezes the PC at the end of the installation. You can work around this conflict by including the following switch when the installer starts: -Dsun.java.2d.d3d=false If you are using a native installer, then you will manually need to load the platform.properties file from the various platforms subdirectories into a text editor and set the value of the jvmExtraParameters property to the switch shown above (e.g., jvmExtraParameters=-Dsun.java.2d.d3d=false).
