Installer very slow on Mac OS X

Issue	The installer pauses for a long time on Mac OS X and often appears hung during installation.
Comments	The standard JVM on Mac OS X appears to be greedy when a Thread.yield() is issued and therefore stalls the installation process. Upgrade to JExpress 6.0 or later to resolve this challenge.
