Failed Installed on System with Low Res Monitor

Issue	The target system has a low resolution monitor with only a 16 bit color graphics card and it won't install my app. There are no error messages generated, but the installer simply fails.
Comments	Sun's implementation of Java requires a minimum of 24 bit color graphics card to operate. There is a bug report listed on Sun's site at: http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/bugParade/bugs/4296522.html
