| Issue | After I enter the installation directory, I get the error message "Disk Full? Out of Memory? Try adding "-mx32m" to JRE". |

First, make sure that you have enough disk space in the destination
directory and your system's temporary directory.
If you have plenty of disk space, then add the switches for your JVM to allocate more memory to the JVM. If you're using the JRE, you'd add these switches before the -cp switch: If you're installing from a native installer, then you should change the jvmExtraParameters property in the platform.properties file. For example, if you're creating a Windows native installer, then you'll want to change the jvmExtraParameters property in the platforms\Windows subdirectory of your JExpress directory. You may need to adjust the amount of space (i.e., increase or decrease the 32) to fit your environment. If you're using the Pure Java Applet installer, then you have an error in your web server configuration. Create the diagnostic logs and see if they provide more information. |
