Installer Appears Frozen

Issue	You download load.jar and start it. It estimates that it could take 2-3 minutes for the download, but then nothing appears to happen for a long time.
Comments	The most likely cause is that you are no longer connected to the Internet. If you're running JRE, then you may notice an Exception error. Close the dialog box for the JExpress Installer, reconnect to the Internet, and restart load.jar.
